PA Man Threatens To Harm Woman Over Price Of Easter Candy, Police Say

A man threatened to harm an Adams County woman over the price of Easter candy according to Pennsylvania State Police.

The threats allegedly occurred around 9:30 a.m. at the Family Dollar located at 3460 Biglerville Road in Biglerville Borough on March 15.

Karissa Bateman, 25, of Gettysburg, reported the incident to police.

The man allegedly made terroristic threats towards Bateman following a dispute over the price of Easter candy, according to a PSP report issued March 26.

There is no word on any on-going investigation relating to this incident.
